Whisper through spring willows
of your tender love for me.
Sing our song of sweet beginnings
on the dancing breeze.
Warm my heart with summer’s sun.
Enfold me in your care.
Call to me through meadows green,
and I will meet you there.
When autumn leaves fall golden,
then we will stroll as one,
winding through familiar ways
until our day is done.
Then as sparkling winter’s snow
alights with quiet calm,
we will hold each other close
until love’s next sweet dawn.
