BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

1 refrigerated tube of crescent rolls

1 lb. breakfast sausage

6 eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup salsa (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Press crescent rolls into a 13×9 casserole dish to form a crust.

Cook sausage in large skillet on medium high heat until thoroughly browned.  Drain and pour on top of crescent roll crust.

Beat six eggs and salsa and pour over sausage.

Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are totally cooked.

Serves 8.
