Mr. Obama, stop tearing down America!
You have placed a shadow government of czars between you and Congress, with no authority from the Constitution or the people to do so. You have taken over the banking and financial industries, once again, with no authority to do so. You have taken over two automobile companies, thus controlling 66% of the US auto makers and yet Free Market Ford is still out selling you, and you have no authority to run the auto industry. Through Cap and Trade, you are driving America into third world country status by creating “green jobs” overseas and losing nine jobs in America for every four created there, and the provisions of the bill are unconstitutional, as it violates the 10th amendment of the Constitution. Now, you are pushing a healthcare bill that will give you control over another 15% of the economy. This bill creates government paid abortions, government controlled and paid euthanasia and abolishes the fourth amendment by subjecting businesses and people to searches at the whim of the government. Oh, and did I mention the costs of this bill are dumped upon the states, in direct violation of the 10th amendment?

The President of the United States of America is supposed to serve at the will and discretion of the American people. Mr. Obama, you have assumed a dictatorial role in our country, and it is OUR country. The Constitution references and gives power not to the government, but to “We the people”. You have elected to not follow the will of the people and have directed your minions to silence dissent. Rather than act as an American President, you have become a tin pot, third rate dictator, like your pals Hugo Chavez, Castro and the rest.

In the last week your behavior as an American President has been an embarrassment to the God fearing people of the United States of America. You have asked for and received assistance from the union thugs who own you, in your attempt to silence free speech and the right to assemble. You have gone so far as to use Craig’s List to hire paid protesters to support your euthanasia bill, designed to transfer the wealth of the baby boomers to the government rather than their heirs (and to do away with the unfunded liabilities in Medicaid and Social Security over the next ten years). You have even told the American people to ‘shut up’. No American President has ever told the American people to shut up. Even President George W. Bush did not do that, in fact, he embraced the protestors who exercised their right to free speech.

You have announced your plan to unveil your secret police on September 11th, 2009, a day typically used to celebrate the patriots who lost their lives just being Americans that day. This comes after you have set up an email account for Americans to “rat” or “snitch” on other Americans who disagree with your euthanasia bill. This is as un-American an activity as anyone has ever done. It is treasonous. It is chilling to free speech. It is in violation of your oath of office and the Constitution. And, Mr. B. Hussein Obama, it breaks federal law.

B. Hussein Obama, do you have the courage to answer these questions?
1. Whose idea was it to have people snitch on their neighbors?
2. How do I find out if you have my name on the “fishy, bears watching” list? (If I wasn’t, I sure am now).
3. If I’m on it, can I get off the list?
4. Are you going to give the list to the DNC or to your union goons?
5. Is the list going to end up in the National Archives? (Presidential records laws prohibit the destruction of White House documents, including emails and databases.)
6. Is the list eventually going to end up available to the public?
7. The list is against the law. 5 USC §§ 552a(e)(7), 552(f)(1) & (2), which prohibits (with certain exceptions not relevant) the White House or any other agency from collecting information describing how any person exercises rights guaranteed by the First Amendment.

B. Hussein Obama, the honorable thing to do is to resign your position as president, for it is the only way for you to be a President. You have failed the American people as a leader. You have failed the voters as a President. You have violated your oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, by being yourself, an enemy, both foreign and domestic.
Your failure to resign should lead to your arrest by the Justice Department (which you have turned into the ‘Just Us Department’) for treason and impeachment by the Congress for “high crimes and misdemeanors”. Mr. Obama, you have proven yourself to be a narcissist, a racist and un-American. You are an embarrassment to the American people.

So let’s review. You have plenty of time to post almost daily poorly-researched screeds about how terrible Obama is, but you don’t have time to post here even one article of the actual House healthcare bill and explain why you oppose it.
Let me save you some time, since you’re so very extremely busy. Here’s a link to the text.

Posting your list of lies about the House bill again doesn’t make it either convincing or true. At least do your own work, rather than just reposting the commentary on the Obama bill by Rep. Curtis Blackwood of North Carolina which was reposted to the American Freedom blog. See, liberals can use Google!
We on this site still have no proof that you’ve actually read the sections you’re talking about.
Here’s a challenge. Why don’t you find and post the actual text of a part of the bill you don’t like, and then explain why you don’t like it. Then we can all work with what the bill says, and not what Cousin Arthur’s friend’s colleague’s cousin says it says. How’s about it, Mr. Turner?
As a side note, it’s sad that conservatives like you can’t have a discussion with someone without questioning their patriotism. I have not questioned yours. I actually like America rather a lot. I made the choice to live here as an immigrant and pursue the honor of American citizenship, when I would be free at any time to return to Britain and live as a citizen there.
It is the left who has committed acts of violence and hate crimes, by attacking a black conservative, beating and kicking him, while calling him racist names. I know, facts get in the way for demorats.

2. Freedom to be rewarded for healthy living, or pay your real costs..
3. Freedom to choose high-deductible coverage.
4. Freedom to keep your existing plan.
5. Freedom to choose your doctors…

• Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
• Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)

• Page 318: Prohibition on hospital expansion. Hospitals cannot expand without government approval.
• Page 321: Hospital expansion hinges on “community” input: in other words, yet another payoff for ACORN.
• Page 335: Government mandates establishment of outcome-based measures: i.e., rationing.
• Page 341: Government has authority to disqualify Medicare Advantage Plans, HMOs, etc.
• Page 354: Government will restrict enrollment of SPECIAL NEEDS individuals.
• Page 379: More bureaucracy: Telehealth Advisory Committee (healthcare by phone).
• Page 425: More bureaucracy: Advance Care Planning Consult: Senior Citizens, assisted suicide, euthanasia?
• Page 425: Government will instruct and consult regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney, etc. Mandatory. Appears to lock in estate taxes ahead of time.
• Page 425: Government provides approved list of end-of-life resources, guiding you in death.
• Page 427: Government mandates program that orders end-of-life treatment; government dictates how your life ends.
• Page 429: Advance Care Planning Consult will be used to dictate treatment as patient’s health deteriorates. This can include an ORDER for end-of-life plans. An ORDER from the GOVERNMENT.
• Page 430: Government will decide what level of treatments you may have at end-of-life.
• Page 469: Community-based Home Medical Services: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 472: Payments to Community-based organizations: more payoffs for ACORN.
Cap and Trade and the healthcare bill both violate the tenth amendment. They force states to pay for activities the feds legislate.
Call it an audit, or a search, it is still authorized, without a warrant, which violates the fourth amendment.
Zander, go back to liberal land. Your posts have made it apparent that you do not like America, its people or a free economy and free people. You, like Dear Leader, believe Americans need the government to tell them how to live. You believe every day is April 15th, whereas I believe every day is the Fourth of July.

Other presidents, starting with Nixon, have appointed czars for this and that. I don’t like it particularly, but it’s not inherently unconstitutional (which is a distinction that your articles often blur). If his czars, unlike previous ones, disable Congress from providing oversight, then that would be unconstitutional.
Time will show whether Obama’s bailout of the banks, GM and Chrysler was wise, but again, he had authority from Congress to do it.

The federal government does have authority to regulate interstate commerce, as I recall.

Your figure of 15% is the total spending on healthcare of all parties in the economy. The House healthcare bill (not final) offers a public option that people who are currently not on Medicare or Medicaid can sign up for if they want to. There is no logical way that this will result in the takeover of an “additional 15% of the economy”.
But hey, it sounds good, and if you don’t mind about truth one way or the other, you might as well say it, right?
When it comes to “government-paid abortions”, abortions, however much many people disagree with them, are legal. If you genuinely dislike government getting between a woman and her doctor, then you should be OK with a government plan that doesn’t pick and choose which (legal) procedures can and cannot be performed.
As for “government controlled and paid euthanasia”, this is another lie. The bill authorizes payment under the public option for the doctor’s time if a patient wants to discuss with her doctor end-of-life care. That’s it. That’s what this whole “Obama is coming for your grandma” ridiculousness is all about.
As for the “searches of businesses”, we went through this on another thread. The bill allows the government to do a survey of existing audits, and says nothing about allowing massive searches of business records for all or any reason.
A meaningful public option would save money, so there are no costs to be “dumped on the states.”
As for the list you’re so worried about, this is a complaint line. Setting up a complaint line is, last time I checked, not tyranny. Believe that it is tyranny if you must, but don’t expect others to believe you.

Here we get to the crux of it. Your whole article is just one more screed in your (heartfelt, but riddled with intentional and unintentional falsehoods) attempt to discredit the fairly elected President of the United States.
You are a voice for an angry minority who cannot imagine how they could have lost control of the country by any fair means. The fact remains that they have lost control of the country. They are, and continue to be, too unpopular and too extreme for it to be likely that they will return to power any time soon. It’s no wonder that some among that minority are turning to violent methods to try to achieve what they could not achieve electorally.
