I am interested in the Cypress area; I am interested in a house in the range of 125,000 to 150,000. Please, can you advice me the best subdivision within Cypress. Also, if possible can you advice me about if consider a new house or resale. We are a family of 5 (18, 14, 12) mom / dad. Both professionals (Teacher, Engineer).
