CINNAMON SUGAR PECANS

These are great munchies for parties, or can be given as inexpensive presents during the holidays when placed in celophane bags and decorated with festive curling ribbon.

Ingredients:

2 cups whole pecans

1 unbeaten egg white

1/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300.  Dredge pecans through egg white and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.

Spread coated nuts on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

This recipe can easily be doubled, especially if you want to make a large batch to give as gifts to neighbors, teachers, the mail man, etc.

These would make lovely gifts for neighbors at Christmas. The could be placed in cellophane and tied with a ribbon.

If there is any left. *wink*
