CHILI CHEESE DIP

With the Super Bowl just around the corner, this is a great (and easy) dip to serve while watching the big game!

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped fine

1 packet chili seasoning

1 small can tomato sauce

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in 1″ cubes

Directions:

Brown ground meat and onion.  Drain fat.

Transfer ground meat/onion to a crock pot and add remainder of ingredients.

Cook on low until heated through.

Serve with Frito’s scoops.

You could also have small dishes on the side with jalapenos, chopped onions and sour cream to kick it up a notch and have do-it-yourself chili cheese nachos.
