I have never watch Beck and I almost certainly never will.

I have no idea why this question was raised other than to catch Medina off guard and get a “gotcha” moment. And it looks like he did.

We now have a weak-on-borders GOP candidate running for governor in Texas and a victory will make him a prime contender for 2012. Like the GOP needs another weak-on-the-borders presidential candidate or something.

    Well done, Beck.

I was somewhat shocked to hear Glenn go off on anyone for being a so-called “truther”, considering how he himself has professed having questions about our government’s involvement in 9/11. Also, he supports Palin, who has also expressed reservations with the official story.

Not sure what happened there — suspicious that Perry paid him off. Maybe even Hutchison, but that seems more unlikely. But what I do know is that Debra’s a fighter and isn’t going to let this halt her assault on the establishment politicians’ stranglehold on Texas government.

I used to be a Beck fan. I was one of those “sick freaks” that “got” him before the requisite 8 weeks (or was it 8 months?) he used to say it took to do so. The reason was that I thought his head was in the right place, no matter how obnoxious he sometimes was on the air.

Well, I now know that’s not the case at all. He’s either wigged out on his own or been paid off (maybe even threatened) by someone’s campaign, and I’m through with him until he repents (not just apologizes — repents).

Beck comes out of this looking like he has some sort of axe to grind… what, are a candidate’s views on 9/11 some sort of new litmus test? Ridiculous.

Medina’s responses were thoughtful and honest- I think she’d make a great governor!

As for Beck: never been much of a fan, but now he really blew whatever credibility he might have.

I would love to see Mr Beck come to Texas now for one of his little book signings.

If you cannot field this question from a relative lightweight and convince the listening audience of your stance concerning it— what are you doing running for Governor of Texas?

I love it! The attempted smear campaign from a aonce trusted Glenn Beck is completely backfiring on him and its about time. I don;t know if he will ever fess up to doing this intentionally as his ego may be too big to admit any errors ever but one thing is clear, the more he tries to justify his actions the more people seem to question him and start to turn away from listening to him.

Debra, Never give up! Clearly the citizens of Texas are tired of the media BS even when its from once trusted conservative wanna bes like Glenn Beck!
