3 FLOUR MIXES – IDEAL FOR GLUTEN FREE RECIPES

uThese flour mixtures are all excellent for flavorsome cakes, scones, biscuits and cookie recipes.

Always sift equal parts of the following mixes into DRY containers or bowl..

Mixture One:
Combine equal parts of besan (legume) bean flour, maize cornflour and arrowroot (or tapioca flour)

Mixture Two:
2 cups flour
2 cups maize cornflour
2 cups arrowroot (or tapioca flour)
1 cup rice flour

Mixture Three:
2 cups rice flour
2 cups tapioca flour
1 cup maize cornflour
