PEACH COBBLER

Ingredients:

3 16 oz. cans sliced peaches (leave 2 cans undrained)

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. baking powder

1 stick butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.

In a saucepan cook peaches (with 2 cans of the peach juice) over medium heat until boiling.  Set aside.

Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, milk, baking powder and salt.

Melt butter and pour into bottom of 2 quart baking dish. 

Pour dry ingredients in bowl and then top with peaches.  DO NOT STIR.

Mix 1/4 sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of the peaches.

Bake 35-40 minutes.
