CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

3 cans green chiles

16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

3 eggs

1 onion, chopped

1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. cumin

1 tbsp. minced garlic

1 tbsp. milk

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Brown meat and onion.  Drain fat.

Add garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.

Pour half of the green chiles on the bottom of casserole dish.  Top with meat mixture.

Sprinkle cheese over the meat, and add the other half of the chiles.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, flour and milk, then pour over the casserole.

Bake for 45 minutes.
