Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick (8 tbsp) butter
2 tbsp. minced garlic
16 oz. angel hair pasta
Directions:
Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.
In large skillet, melt butter and add peppers, onions and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 5 minutes.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
Serve with a salad and garlic bread sticks.
