Ingredients:
6 large onions
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 large head cabbage
1 large stalk of celery
8 carrots
1 32 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 package of onion soup mix
Directions:
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces.
Add vegetables and soup mix in large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil for ten minutes. Cover and then simmer on low heat until vegetables are tender.
This makes a lot, so you can have it throughout the week!
