Ingredients:
9 oz. refrigerated cheese filled
tortellini
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
11 oz can corn
with red and green peppers, drained
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup ranch salad
dressing
1/4 cup chopped cilantro, if desired
Directions:
Cook tortellini as
directed on package. Drain, rinse with cold water to
cool.
In a
large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, beans and corn. Add salsa
and salad
dressing. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with
cilantro.
