If you have recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, or just need some extra help with the GF diet I have created a basic Gluten Free shopping list.
Remember to avoid sauces, gravies and custards, unless they are distinctly marked as gluten free.
Leave all delicatessen meats alone, at least until you are comfortably with a reputable GF brand.
Don’t even think about commercially cooked chickens and meats.
GF commercial breads, cakes and pastries are often bland and fattening, so save your money until you are sure of the ingredients and taste.
