BANANA NUT BREAD

Ingredients:

1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

4 large ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325.

Cream butter and sugar together and then add eggs, one at a time. 

Mix in flour, baking soda and cinnamon.  

Add mashed bananas and pecans.

Pour mixture into greased and floured loaf ban.

Bake 50-60 minutes.

    Now this a recipe that is easily converted to gluten free.

    Just use one of the combination flour mixes on the Gluten Free recipe page.

    You may also need to adjust the cooking time.

    BANANA NUT BREAD is yummy.
