Celebrate Thanksgiving with Quattro’s traditional evening 3-course menu, served 5:30 to 10 p.m. To start, choose from Butternut Squash Soup with caramelized granny smith apples and Mia Bella farm goat cheese; or Pumpkin and Amaretto Ravioli with thyme-roasted porcini mushrooms and osso buco sauce. For main course, choose from Marinated Turkey Roulade with traditional stuffing, cranberry relish, root vegetable medley and Brussels sprouts; Double Lamb Chop with maple-glazed Jerusalem artichoke, sweet potato gratin and chestnut puree; or Gulf Snapper with savory cornbread dressing crust, leek and potato casserole and winter black truffle. For dessert, enjoy Pumpkin Tart with vanilla whipped cream. Cost is $58 for adults and children ages 6 – 12 are $29.
