TOMBALL ISD – Tomball Memorial High School’s theatre department is preparing for its upcoming performance of The Rivers and Ravines on Nov. 10-12 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 12 at 3 p.m. The Rivers and Ravines, by Heather McDonald, is set in rural eastern Colorado, and tells the story of a community’s decline as a result of farming crisis in the 1980s. The farmers find themselves in perpetual debt and must borrow in order to expand, but they quickly face foreclosure. An unspeakable act by one distraught wife sends the other characters spinning on a path of self-doubt.
Tickets for the Tomball Memorial High School theatre department performances are $10. Reservations can be made in advance. Reserved tickets may be picked up 30 minutes before the show. Sponsors will be contacted regarding their pre-paid tickets a week before the show. To purchase tickets, please call 281-357-3230, ext. 1170. All performances will be held at the Tomball Memorial High School Auditorium, located at 19100 Northpointe Ridge Lane.
