WALLER ISD – Waller ISD understands the devastating impact of drug and gang activities facing communities nationwide. The 21st Century ACE Program teamed up with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to provide a Drug and Gang Awareness Program at Waller Junior High on Saturday, December 3. Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Anthony Martin is pictured educating the community about inhalants and drug paraphernalia. Waller County District Attorney Elton Mathis was a guest speaker at the event.
Other topics discussed were Gang Awareness presented by Trey Fosdick and Javier Perez and Getting Help presented by Kim Parmer and Maria Herrera. Each session was presented in both English and Spanish languages.
