When darkness falls upon you,
and depression steps on in
when gloominess
fills your mind
and the True Light begins to dim.
When your faith
starts to crack,
under the pressures of self doubt
and you notice you have
begun
to shut the Good Word out.
When your burdens are piled
up,
and they seem to be a mile high
when you start to question God
and
you begin to ask Him ~ why.
That’s when you need to trust Him,
like
you have never done before
and you must not let the enemy
enter into your
heart’s door.
For, Satan is the great deceiver,
he’s behind every
fatal thought
and he will not be satisfied
until his every lie is
bought!

About Deborah Ann Belka
I was born into the family of God when I was eleven years old and have rededicated my life almost every day since.
I believe my walk with the Lord, is step-by -step, hour-by-hour, and sometimes minute-by-minute. Each day, I press on towards the goal in front of me, to be more like Him, but I often fail. By His grace and mercy, I can always count on Jesus to pick me up and set me back on His path.
One day, I know I will be perfect and my walk with Him will be as it should, but until I see Him in heaven . . . I just keep on keeping on . . . knowing He has his eye on me, his sparrow.
