CYFAIR ISD — Thirty-three CFISD athletes were named to the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) 2011 Academic All-State Football Team, sponsored by State Farm Insurance.
In order to be considered for recognition, nominated athletes must:
- have an overall grade point average of 92 or above, including grades 9-12 and the first six weeks of grade 12;
- have been a member of the team in good standing at the time of nomination;
- be a senior; and
- be of good moral character.
The following football players received Elite, First Team, Second Team and Honorable Mention recognition:
