WASHINGTON, DC – Christian Newswire – Mr. Obama recently cut 19
million dollars from a program sponsored by the Catholic Church that helped and
assisted the victims of sex trafficking.
The reason the Administration gave
for removing the funds and ending the program; they did not provide abortion
referrals.
Faith organizations to hold
“Prophetic Witness for Life, Human Rights and Justice” in front of
the White House, today at 9:30 A.M., to challenge President
Obama on his radical abortion position.
The prayer vigil and public witness
will be on the 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW side of the White House.

Some members will peacefully risk
arrest to stand in solidarity with the innocent victims of abortion and those
who have been diminished and brutalized through sex trafficking.
The pro-life group “CEC for
Life” will also hold a “die-in” to remind President Obama of the
55,000,000 children who have died from abortion.
They will be calling on the
President to protect innocent children from the violence of abortion and those
who have been trapped in the horror of the sex trafficking industry.
This event is a kick-off to a
national campaign called: “Barack Obama. The Abortion President.”
This national campaign will expose
the President’s utter disregard for human rights and justice through his
support and radical embracing of abortion.
Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney, Director of
the Christian Coalition, based in Washington, D.C., states,
“Recently, President Obama cut
19 million dollars and ended a program sponsored by the Catholic Church that
helped the victims of the sex trafficking industry.
“The reason he gave for doing
this. The program did not provide abortion counseling or referrals.
“So, the President of the
United States has put protecting abortion ‘rights’ above protecting the victims
of sex trafficking. This is a national disgrace and reveals the radical and
pro-abortion views of Mr. Obama and his Administration.
“It also shows the President’s
complete disregard for ensuring human rights and justice for all.
“This event on January 23, is a
kick-off to a national campaign called, ‘Barack Obama. The Abortion President.’
During this election year, we intend to show America how the President has
embraced an extremist abortion position that is out of step with mainstream
