TOMBALL, TX – A showing of the family favorite, “Mr.
Popper’s Penguins” will highlight an afternoon of great fun as the City of
Tomball hosts its monthly “2nd Saturday at the Depot”.
The fun begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 11th
with games and activities for the kids . . . there’ll be free pony rides,
penguin bowling and more.
Enjoy live country and Gospel music from the Larry
Youngblood band, and check out the family priced concessions, too.
Then as the sun goes down, break out the lawn chairs and
blankets for the fun of “Mr. Popper’s Penguins” starring Jim Carrey on the
giant inflatable movie screen.
“2nd Saturday at the Depot” begins at 5 p.m.
at the historic railroad depot in downtown Tomball, Texas, 201 South Elm
Street. In the event of rain all activities will move to the
Tomball Community Center on Market Street.
