The ever-popular Valentine’s Day Dinner for Two received a light makeover this year, adding a full cheese and fruit board as a starter that comes ready-to-serve.There are four choices, each featuring a starter, entrée, sauces, sides, dessert and wine! Don’t want to wait in line for lovingly-created rose arrangements? Central Market’s floral experts use large-head, single-stem roses grown high in Ecuador’s Andes Mountains, where each flower remains on the plant up to four days longer to increase its strength and nearly double the size of its bloom. (The high elevation and volcanic soil allow the roses to produce more vibrant colors and heartier blooms.). Each stem is water-tubed for safe travels, and the roses are wrapped in a presentation-style bouquet with filler and greens. Customers can reserve online to ensure they get what they need to wow their valentine by choosing from one dozen ($49.99) or two dozen ($99.99) red rose bouquets, expertly designed and ready to present.
