NATURE FEST COMES TO LIFE APRIL 28 IN BRIDGELAND

CYPRESS, TX – Lions, crocodiles and even butterflies
floating in bubbles — area residents are sure to go wild for Bridgeland’s
Nature Fest as the popular event celebrates its fifth anniversary this year
with an expanded slate of entertainers Saturday, April 28.

Headlining the event, set for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in
Bridgeland’s Oak Meadow Park, will be Staples Safari Exotic Animal Show, which
has performed across the nation. Also on stage throughout the day will be The
Crocodile Encounter, Birds of Prey, Drum Café and the Texas Stars Youth Choir.
The ethereal Butterfly Spheres’ land and aquatic performances will be an event
highlight. Adding to the day’s excitement will be an array of nature-themed
activities, including camel and pony rides, a petting zoo, rock wall climbing, outdoor
laser tag, miniature train rides and other family-friendly activities. A bevy
of Houston gourmet food trucks will again be on hand to tame hungry event-goers.
