WIND FARMS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAPE COD DOLPHIN DEATHS

Since the beginning of the year alone, there have been over 130 dolphins that have beached themselves in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. As usual, scientists are baffled as to the cause but they shouldn’t be, given the large number of wind farms located in this area both on land, as well as offshore. The only reason scientists claim not to know is because they are funded by the same government that subsidizes all wind energy operations in the country. Thus, to explain the actual cause would mean being cut off from government funding which is essentially all the money they have for research projects.

The low pitched hum produced by turbine engines, the sounds produced by the blades when in operation, and the buzzing noise coming from electrical lines necessary for wind farm operation is the cause for the recent dolphin beaching incidents in this area. Other non-audible sounds are also produced by turbine operation that interfere with any marine animal that uses sonar to conduct daily life.

In almost every incident of dolphin and whale beaching in the world, wind farms will be operating either in the specific area where the beaching occurred or very nearby. Aside from being the cause of the deaths of thousands of marine animals, wind farms are responsible for killing protected bird species, bats, and other wildlife. Turbine blades have killed over a million eagles in the United States alone as well as hundreds of thousands of bats and are responsible for the deaths of many animals, simply by habitat disruption from turbine construction in sensitive areas.

It’s time the public in the US wise up about the wind energy scam as so many around the world already have. Wind energy is neither an efficient nor a clean source of electricity. All the wind farms in operation worldwide use more grid electricity from maintenance, turbine start up and switch off, than they will ever produce. The manufacture of turbine parts and the transportation of them to selected sites automatically puts them in such an energy deficit that they will never produce enough electricity above this amount during the lifetime of the part.

What wind farms realistically are is meaningless monuments that symbolize environmentally friendly electricity while the plain truth is they are a waste of time, actually destroy their environment, and decimate wildlife.

That is the point. They have only very recently began scientifically studying the effects of wind farm noises on marine life.
You say, I can’t prove wind farms are responsible for dolphin and whale beaching incidents. I think the beaching incidents in the Cape Cod area and in other places in the world clearly show a connection since wind farms are nearby in each case.
You on the other hand, simply cannot prove that wind farms are not responsible for whale and dolphin beaching. You have less evidence proving your case than I do.
I have recently published an article titled “Wind Farms May be Responsible for Honeybee Disappearance” because there is a connection here as well.
I suppose you are dumb enough to believe wind farms actually produce any electricity over their deficit from manufacture to replacement.
What they are doing is destroying wildlife, beautiful scenery and causing health problems for humans who are unlucky enough to live near them. While using more grid electricity than they will ever produce.

Why is Elliot trying to tell people that “buzzing” and inaudible sound from power lines is affecting marine life. If that really were the case, evidence for it would have surfaced years ago.

I read Elliot’s article and it isn’t much more than a rabid attack on wind energy with little or no
scientific or technical foundation. Too many unfounded, sensational claims.
To blame the recent dolphin groundings on wind energy is ridiculous as there are no wind towers anywhere near where the dolphins beached themselves. What a load of nonsense!
Or does the “inaudible buzzing” of transmission towers
have no distance limit? Is that what we’re missing? I think not.
There has not been one accredited scientific study of this issue that even
comes close to agreeing with the frantic, delusional claims Elliot writes in his article.
Does Elliot even bother to post links to reinforce his unfounded claims? No because he can’t!
The headline to Elliot’s article is a sensationalist deception, with little substance to
justify such panic-mongering nonsense. Garbage in, garbage out.

Doesn’t the anti-wind side of this issue have any better people working on this?
I feel like I’ve been stuck in Wal-Mart reading Jeff Rense for 6hrs after THAT article.
At least give us a little challenge instead of this babbling conspiratorial drivel.

And obviously, one cannot expect honesty from you.
If you would have taken the time to read the comments to this story, your inane post would have not been necessary.
Seems like the nearest brain to your head is several light years away.
