Last Sunday, Governor Palin said in an interview with Chris Wallace, “I don’t blame people for not knowing what I stand for. If I believed everything I read in the media, I wouldn’t like me either.”

Jeffrey Goldberg wrote a piece for the Atlantic Tuesday titled, “Why Sarah Palin Endangers American National Security (and Israel’s, as Well).” The piece is a case study in leftist philosophy in regards to foreign policy. Goldberg offers up a bigoted view of Conservatives who support Israel, mixed in with the all too familiar, ‘blame America first‘ mantra. By the way, every word of this piece is solely his opinion, as he offers no sources or links to back up any of his assessment. He starts off asking, “Why do I find Sarah Palin dangerous?” Go ahead, genius… Tell us:

Pamela Geller (Atlas Shrugs) is one of the leading voices in America when it comes to speaking out against radical Islam, and the dangers this ideology poses world wide. Pamela has been fighting tirelessly against the proposed mosque the radicals want to build near Ground Zero, the hallowed ground where over 3000 people were slaughtered by radical Islamists.

JS Online, the internet version of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, published the following on their “Co rrections and clarifications” page (emphasis mine):

A headline Saturday incorrectly stated that Sarah Palin’s speaking fee at a California college dwarfed the income the school realized from the appearance. Net proceeds from the appearance actually were more than twice the fee Palin received.

palin and writer
Lynda and Sarah Palin

by Missy Stewart

Remember Lynda who wrote about her “Palin Roadtrip” to Albequerque last month to hear Governor Sarah Palin endorse Susan Martinez for New Mexico’s next governor? By the way and if you haven’t already heard, following the Cuda’s endorsement, Martinez surged in the polls and won the gubernatorial GOP primary. As for our friend Lynda, she was on the trail again with this “Palin Roadtrip” taking her all the way to the Oil Palace in Tyler, Texas on Saturday, June 26th.

Alan Colmes (yes he’s still around) decided that he found himself a ‘gotcha‘ moment after Governor Palin sent the following message on Twitter Sunday:

"Gulf disaster needs divine intervention as man's efforts have been futile. Gulf lawmakers designate today Day of Prayer for solution/miracle."

It should be interesting to watch the loons on the radical left as they go through all sorts of mental and verbal gymnastics trying to justify buying oil from terrorist nations, after this hard hitting bit of writing by Sarah Palin!

Remember when Bush and the evil Darth Cheney were in office? Hollywood and the radical Marxist-communist-environmentalists were running television ads and producing You Tube videos telling us that SUVs were the greatest threat to mankind ever, because they used gasoline, and that gasoline, …. wait for it …. funded terrorism!

It’s amazing to me that if anyone else had as successful of a record in picking winners in elections as Governor Palin has, the entire media and political establishment would never question that person’s impact on a race. I can only imagine if, back in March when Mitt Romney endorsed Nikki Haley, her numbers had shot up as she took over the lead, the praise that would be heaped upon the former Governor of Massachusetts.

A few days ago Sarah Palin caused a quite stir in a couple of ways. One, she came out hard against the Cordoba House, the proposed mosque that radical Islamists want build at Ground Zero in New York City, which you can read about here.

I’m happy to report that the first Conservatives 4 Palin Meet-Up, held in San Diego was a resounding success! To everyone who helped organize the event (you know who you are), I want to thank you all for a job well done! What a wonderful experience to share with such great patriots. The speeches and presentations provided by Brian, Janne, Bridget, Whitney, and Sarah were outstanding lessons in activism.

I wanted to address this a couple days ago but I’m just getting around to it now. Considering this is an ongoing “non-troversy” for the left and their media, I figure it sort of has indefinite relevancy.

What is it with the left and their friends in the media? Why is it that they cannot apply reason when processing information in regards to Sarah Palin? I’m just going to presume that it’s a political tactic designed to confuse possible future voters. Otherwise, I’d be left to believe that we have an unhealthy number of ignorant people in our society.

“Todd is a good dad”. Governor Sarah Palin said these words often on the 2008 presidential campaign trail when introducing her four- time Iron Dog champion husband, Todd Mitchell Palin, to cheering audiences. The First Dude, as she affectionately calls him, is deeply committed to his marriage, is fiercely protective of his children, and constantly shows patriotic allegiance not only to his native Alaska, but to America.
